How documents move
Generated from the record, uploaded by a rep, or pulled from another system through its API

Out of the box, Salesforce keeps files in a related list. Reps download a file to read it, lose track of which version was signed, and storage fills up as uploads pile in.
We replace that with a custom Documents tab built as a Lightning Web Component. Each document has its own row, previews inline, and shows whether it is signed or still pending. Reps can select several documents and email them with the PDFs already attached.
Storage is planned up front. Files go to file storage instead of data storage, or to external cloud storage such as Google Cloud Storage with the preview still inside Salesforce. Recent documents can live in Salesforce while older ones stay in the system they came from.
