Stripe + Salesforce integrationStripe payments on the Salesforce Opportunity

Payments happen in Stripe, but your team works deals in Salesforce. We connect them both ways, so payment status and history show on the Opportunity, and payments started in Salesforce reach Stripe with the right customer and description.

  • Stripe payment status and full payment history in Salesforce
  • One-time and recurring payments tied to the Opportunity
  • Customers, payment descriptions and ACH payments sent from Salesforce to Stripe

Deals in one system, money in another

Without an integration, someone checks Stripe to see if a deal was paid and types it into Salesforce. Payment status goes stale, refunds and failed payments are missed, and reports on collections are built on manual entry.

What it does

What the Stripe + Salesforce integration handles

01

Built on the Opportunity

Stripe is connected to the Salesforce Opportunity, so each deal shows what was paid against it.

02

Payment status in Salesforce

The Stripe payment status is written back to Salesforce, so your team sees paid, failed or refunded without opening Stripe.

03

Full payment history

Past Stripe payments pulled into Salesforce, so the record shows the whole history, not just new payments.

04

Payments started in Salesforce

The customer and the payment description entered in Salesforce are sent to Stripe, including ACH payments.

05

Failed payment alerts

A notification when a Stripe payment fails, so someone can follow up.

06

Reports and dashboards

One-time and recurring payments in Salesforce reports, to track collections and outstanding balances.

Aiming

The real thing

Payments and refunds, visible in Salesforce

Screenshots from a live Salesforce payments build. Here, payments and refunds sync in from the client’s case management system; the same idea applies to any payment platform. Every customer name is replaced.

  1. 1Payment data on the record

Payment status, last payment, initial payment, gross sale, total paid, percent paid and balance, synced onto the opportunity, including refunds.

  2. 2Refunds at a glance

A stage indicator on every opportunity: won, lost to a full refund, or won with a partial refund.

  3. 3Full refund, flagged

When a payment is fully refunded, the stage moves to Closed Lost – Full Refund and the record says so in a banner.

  4. 4Partial refund, flagged

A partial refund keeps the deal won, marked Closed Won – Partial Refund, so revenue reports stay accurate.

The real thing

Payment plans and card details, built into Salesforce

From the same live build: a payment plan builder and an optional card authorization on the engagement letter, with checks that catch bad card details before anything is sent.

  1. 1Auto scheduler

Pick a start date, weekly or monthly, and the number of payments (up to 40). The balance is split evenly, with the last payment absorbing the rounding.

  2. 2An editable payment schedule

Every scheduled payment listed with its date and amount. Add or remove payments, and the total scheduled is checked against the fee so the balance lands at zero.

  3. 3Card authorization, handled carefully

Credit card or bank deposit. Card details are optional, saved only on the engagement letter with access restricted, the CVV is never stored, and card data is erased with one click or automatically once the document is sent for signature.

  4. 4Errors caught as you type

Invalid card numbers, expired dates and a CVV with the wrong number of digits are flagged before anything is saved or sent.

Built for real life

Stripe + Salesforce integration: the hard parts, already solved

Duplicate customers

Salesforce matched to the existing Stripe customer, so records are not duplicated in Stripe.

Refunds

Refunds in Stripe reflected in Salesforce, so the deal shows what was kept.

Webhook problems

Stripe webhook delivery issues found and fixed, so payments do not stop syncing without anyone noticing.

Stripe + Salesforce integration FAQ

Does it work both ways?

Yes. Payment status and history come from Stripe into Salesforce, and customers, payment descriptions and ACH payments go from Salesforce to Stripe.

Can we see payments made before the integration?

Yes. The full Stripe payment history can be pulled into Salesforce.

We already use Stripe with Salesforce and it has errors. Can you fix it?

Yes. We have fixed Stripe sync errors, webhook delivery issues and duplicate customers created from Salesforce.

How is it priced?

By project, not by the hour. The first call is free, and you get a project quote after it.
