Journeys Through Search

Call center dashboardSee every call, every missed call and every callback on one screen.

We build call center dashboards from your CallTrackingMetrics or CallRail calls and your CRM data. Managers see what is happening on the phones right now, which calls still need a callback, and how each agent and location is doing.

  • Built from CallTrackingMetrics or CallRail calls
  • CRM data next to the calls, in Salesforce, Zoho CRM or another CRM
  • Missed calls listed until someone calls back
  • Custom dashboards built with our sister company TrussCharts

How a call center dashboard is fed

  1. 1
    Calls are tracked

CallTrackingMetrics or CallRail records each call with its source, agent, location and outcome

  2. 2
    The CRM holds the rest

Leads, callbacks and admissions live in Salesforce, Zoho CRM or the CRM you use

  3. 3
    One dashboard

Live calls, missed calls, agents and admissions side by side, for managers and agents

What a call center analytics dashboard should answer

A call center manager needs to know three things at a glance: what is happening on the phones now, which callers are still waiting to hear back, and where the team is falling behind. The call tracker knows the calls. The CRM knows what happened next. A dashboard for the call center manager puts both on the same screen.

We start with the call data. CallTrackingMetrics and CallRail have native Salesforce integrations, and we set them up and extend them, so every call lands on a custom activity object with its source, agent and outcome. For Zoho CRM, we connect CallTrackingMetrics through its API. Then the dashboard reads calls and CRM records together.

Where CRM reports stop, we build further: a live widget of calls waiting in the CallTrackingMetrics queue, or a fully custom hosted dashboard built with our sister company TrussCharts (trusscharts.com), including for people without a seat in your CRM.

What's included

What call center dashboard includes

Live call overview

Calls today, answered and missed, and calls waiting in the queue, at the top of the screen.

Daily call trend

Calls by day, so a slow or busy stretch shows up in the chart before it shows up in the numbers.

Calls by location and agent

Each location and each agent side by side, for a call center agent dashboard or a manager view.

Heatmaps by hour and day

Calls and missed calls by hour of the day and day of the week, so staffing matches the phones.

Missed calls waiting for a callback

Every missed call listed until someone calls back, with missed call alerts by email.

After-hours callback list

Calls that came in after hours, ready for the team when it starts.

Agent status

A call center status dashboard view of where each agent stands right now.

Admissions today

For admissions teams, today's admits next to the calls that started them, from the CRM.

Daily, weekly and month over month

Daily and weekly chart sections and month-over-month comparisons, refreshed through the day.

A dashboard for each agent

Each agent sees their own calls and follow-ups, and managers see the whole team.

The real thing

Call center dashboards from real builds

We work with TrussCharts (trusscharts.com), our sister company, to build dashboards on the data we connect. Client names and locations are replaced.

  1. 1Today in one sentence

A plain-English headline before any numbers. Inbound, outbound, SMS, and totals grouped by colour. Every card compared with yesterday. (client dashboard, names replaced)

  2. 2Spot the bad day

Total calls and missed calls on one chart. The percent missed on its own scale. One point per day. (client dashboard, names replaced)

  3. 3Which office is dropping calls

Answered, missed, and outbound for every location. Long red bars stand out at a glance. Sorted by total calls. (client dashboard, names replaced)

  4. 4When the phones ring

Every hour of every day of the week. Darker cells mean more calls. Busiest day and busiest hour called out. (client dashboard, names replaced)

  5. 5Every caller still waiting for a call back

One row per caller, not one per missed call. Ring time shows how long the call rang before it was missed. Open in CTM jumps straight to the call record. (client dashboard, names replaced)

  6. 6Who is ready, on a call, or away

Live counts of active and not-ready agents. A timeline of every state change per agent. Event counts show who has been busy. (illustrative data)

Call center dashboard FAQ

Which call tracking platforms do you use?

CallTrackingMetrics and CallRail. Both have native Salesforce integrations, which we set up and extend. For Zoho CRM, we connect CallTrackingMetrics through its API.

Does it have to be Salesforce?

No. We build call center dashboards on Salesforce, Zoho CRM or another CRM whose API allows it, or as a custom hosted dashboard with our sister company TrussCharts.

Can the dashboard show calls waiting in the queue?

Yes. We build a live widget that shows calls waiting in the CallTrackingMetrics queue.

How are missed calls handled?

Each missed call is flagged and listed until someone calls back, and missed call alerts go out by email.

What are some call center dashboard examples?

A live call overview, a daily call trend, calls by location and agent, heatmaps by hour and day, missed calls waiting for a callback, an after-hours callback list, agent status and admissions today. Our guide to call center KPI dashboards walks through each one.

Do you sign a BAA?

Yes. We sign BAAs for healthcare work.

How is it priced?

By project, not by the hour. The first call is free, and you get a project quote after it.
