We build agent performance dashboards from your phone system and CRM. Supervisors see per-agent KPIs, idle streaks and shift attendance against the schedule, and alert rules flag what needs attention before the end of the day.

How the agent dashboard is fed
Calls, agent activity and, where the phone system exposes them, agent states and Not Ready reason codes
Follow-ups and outcomes from the CRM, and the shift schedule
Per-agent KPIs, idle streaks, attendance and alerts for supervisors, and a wallboard for the floor
An agent performance dashboard should tell a supervisor who is on the phones, who is not, and how each agent's calls turn out. The phone system knows the calls and agent activity. The CRM, such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM, knows the follow-ups and outcomes. The schedule knows who should be working.
We put the three together. Per-agent KPIs sit next to idle streaks and shift attendance vs schedule, and supervisor alert rules flag an idle streak or a missed shift. Agent states come from CallTrackingMetrics. Not Ready reason codes show on phone systems that expose them.
Read agent numbers with context. An agent with fewer calls may be on the harder calls, or covering the slow hours. Compare agents on the same shift and the same queue. The dashboards are built with our sister company TrussCharts (trusscharts.com).
What's included
Answered, missed and outbound calls for each agent, with CRM follow-ups and outcomes next to them.
Stretches where an agent is not taking or making calls, so supervisors can see them during the shift.
Rules that alert a supervisor when an agent crosses a line you set.
Who logged in and when, against who was scheduled.
Where each agent stands right now, from CallTrackingMetrics.
Why an agent is not ready, on phone systems that expose the codes.
Each agent sees their own calls and follow-ups; supervisors see the whole team.
A call center TV wallboard with a leaderboard and rotating views for the floor.
Call data stored, so an agent's numbers can be compared across months.
The real thing
We work with TrussCharts (trusscharts.com), our sister company, to build dashboards on the data we connect. Client names and locations are replaced.
Live counts of active and not-ready agents. A timeline of every state change per agent. Event counts show who has been busy. (illustrative data)
Answered, missed, and outbound per agent. Calls that never reached an agent get their own row. Busiest agents at the top. (client dashboard, names replaced)
Missed calls and % missed per agent. Outbound calls next to inbound. Talk time for every agent. (client dashboard, names replaced)
