Our own Claude Enterprise licenses are set up as HIPAA compliant. If your team works with patient data, that matters: Claude can only be used with patient data under a business associate agreement (BAA) with Anthropic, on an eligible plan. We can help you get Claude set up for HIPAA: the right plan, the BAA in place, the settings, and clear rules for your staff. The BAA itself is between your organization and Anthropic.
