When clicks and flows stop, we write code. Apex classes and triggers for heavy logic, Lightning Web Components for the record pages your team works from, and integrations that call other systems through their APIs. Every build is tested in a sandbox, covered by test classes, deployed and written up.

How a development project runs
What the code has to do, which objects it touches, and what happens when it fails
Apex, components and tests written against a copy of your org
Pushed to production after QA, with the code and logic written up
Salesforce can be changed in any way. Configuration covers a lot, and we use it first because your admins can maintain it. Custom development is for the rest: logic too heavy for a flow, pages that standard layouts cannot show, and systems that need to be called from Salesforce.
Lightning Web Components put what your team needs on the record page: an activity feed with inbound and outbound calls marked, pinned activities, a call recording player, a document preview, a stage banner, or a button bar that sends email templates. Apex classes and triggers run the logic behind them and the calls out to other systems.
Every class ships with test classes, so it deploys cleanly and keeps deploying as Salesforce updates. We build in a sandbox, run test scenarios, then push to production and write up how it works.
We use AI agents (Claude) in our own development, and every change still goes through a sandbox and a person before it reaches your org.
What's included
Custom components for record pages and app pages: activity feeds, pinned activities, call recording players, document previews, banners, insurance panels and KPI dashboards.
Service and controller classes for logic that a flow cannot handle, including large batches of records and calls out to other systems.
Triggers that create, update and route records when data changes, including ones that replace fragile webhooks.
Salesforce connected to systems with no native app: records sent out from a button or a trigger, and data brought back in on a schedule or a webhook.
Send to and Open in buttons that push a record to another system and open it there.
Visualforce PDFs and generated forms prefilled from the record, with templates stored in your org.
Test coverage written with the code, and failing test classes in your org fixed so deploys go through.
Apex errors and queue issues fixed, dead field references removed, and legacy API versions updated.
Builds and QA in a sandbox, test scenarios run, then a planned deploy to production.
Your Apex classes, triggers, flows and business logic written up, so the next developer can follow them.

We start with configuration your admins can maintain. Code comes in where configuration stops: heavy logic, custom page components and calls to other systems.
Apex for classes and triggers, Lightning Web Components for the interface, and Visualforce where a PDF or an older page needs it.
Yes. Test classes ship with the code, and we can fix failing tests already in your org.
Yes. We find why a class or trigger is failing, fix it, and write up how it works.
