We build business development dashboards for treatment center BD and referral reps. Each rep's calls, visits, events and emails sit next to the referrals and admits they bring in, with goals vs actual for every month.

How a BD dashboard is fed
Calls, video calls, face-to-face visits, drop-ins, in-person events, emails and tours, logged in the CRM
Each referral and admit is tied to its referral source and the rep who owns it
Activity, goals vs actual and referral sources, by rep and by month
A BD director wants to know if the visits are working. That means seeing what each rep did, which referral sources they worked, and what came back as referrals and admits. A business development dashboard puts activity and outcomes on the same screen.
We start in the CRM. Activity types are set up so reps can log a call, a video call, a face-to-face visit or drop-in, an in-person event, an email or a tour. Referral sources are accounts and contacts, and each referral and admit links to them. Then the dashboard reads it all together.
In Salesforce, this can live inside Salesforce dashboards, and we build those. For Zoho CRM or another CRM, or for people without a Salesforce license, we build it with our sister company TrussCharts (trusscharts.com).
What's included
Calls, video calls, face-to-face visits and drop-ins, in-person events, emails and tours, by rep.
Admits, conversion and face-to-face visits against each rep's goal for the month.
Activity and admits month over month, so a slow month shows up while there is still time to act.
Which referral sources send referrals, which of those admit, and who owns each source.
Each rep sees their own numbers, and the director sees the whole team.
Accounts and activity by territory, so coverage gaps are easy to spot.
Admit dates and insurance outcomes brought back into the CRM from the EMR, next to the referral.
A daily list of every rep's logged activity for the manager.

How it works

Priced by project, not by the hour. You approve before we start.
Activity types, referral sources and goals set up in the CRM, with admits tied back.
The dashboard built and checked against the CRM, then handed over with training.

Yes. Admits, conversion and face-to-face visits against each rep's goal, by month.
Yes. Once EMR data such as admit dates and insurance outcomes is brought back into the CRM, the dashboard shows it next to the referral and the rep.
It depends. In Salesforce, much of this can live inside Salesforce dashboards, and we build those too. A TrussCharts dashboard suits Zoho CRM or other CRMs, and people who do not have a Salesforce license.
It depends on the case. Some dashboards read straight from the CRM and platform APIs, and others need the data landed in one place first. We tell you which after the free call.
