Journeys Through Search

Missed call dashboardEvery caller still waiting to hear back, sorted by who they are.

A missed call is a caller who is still waiting. We build missed call dashboards that list each one until someone calls back, break the callback queue out by who is calling, and route each missed call to the right person or group.

  • Callback queue broken out by caller type
  • Pre-queue vs in-queue abandons
  • Missed calls routed per location or rep
  • Voicemail alerts with the phone system's AI summary

How a missed call reaches a callback

  1. 1
    Missed call

The phone system records the missed call or abandon, and the caller is matched to the CRM

  2. 2
    Routed and alerted

A near-instant alert goes to the person or group for that location or rep

  3. 3
    Callback queue

The caller stays on the dashboard, in the right group, until someone calls back

A missed call dashboard built around the callback queue

Not every missed call is the same. A qualified contact in your CRM calling back is not the same as a new caller, and a caller who hung up before the queue is not the same as one who waited in it. The dashboard breaks the callback queue out, so the team calls the right people first.

Each missed call is matched against the CRM, such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM, and routed to a person or group for that location or rep. Missed-call alerts are near instant. Voicemails come with the phone system's AI summary, sent to email, Teams or the dashboard.

The dashboards are built with our sister company TrussCharts (trusscharts.com), from your phone system and CRM APIs, and the call data is stored so trends in missed calls and callbacks hold up over time.

What's included

What missed call dashboard includes

Unqualified callers calling back

Callers who reached you before and did not qualify, on their own list.

Qualified CRM contacts calling back

Missed calls from contacts already qualified in the CRM, so they are not lost in the queue.

New callers

First-time callers who have not reached anyone yet.

Repeat callers

Callers who have tried more than once, so the team sees who has been waiting.

Pre-queue vs in-queue abandons

Callers who hung up before the queue, and callers who hung up while waiting in it.

Routing per location or rep

Missed calls sent to people or groups for each location or rep.

Voicemail alerts

Voicemails with the phone system's AI summary, to email, Teams or the dashboard.

Time to callback

The gap between the missed call and the first outbound call to that number.

Missed calls by hour and day

Heatmaps that show when calls are missed, for staffing.

The real thing

Missed calls and callbacks

We work with TrussCharts (trusscharts.com), our sister company, to build dashboards on the data we connect. Client names and locations are replaced.

  1. 1Every caller still waiting for a call back

One row per caller, not one per missed call. Ring time shows how long the call rang before it was missed. Open in CTM jumps straight to the call record. (client dashboard, names replaced)

  2. 2Know who is calling before you call back

Each caller matched to their CRM status. Qualified callers stand out from new ones. Open the call record in one click. (illustrative data)

  3. 3The morning list

Calls that came in after hours, tagged. CRM status next to each caller. Ready for the first shift to work through. (illustrative data)

  4. 4Where the missed calls pile up

Missed inbound calls only. Darker red means more missed calls. Totals for every day and every hour. (client dashboard, names replaced)
