CallTrackingMetrics services
CallTrackingMetrics services: every call, connected to everything after it
CallTrackingMetrics knows where a call came from. We pass that to the CRM, GA4 and Google Ads, so each call lands on the right record with its source and recording, and the ad platforms learn which calls mattered. CallTrackingMetrics has a native Salesforce integration: we set it up, and extend it where it stops.
- ✓ Calls on the CRM record
- ✓ Calls as GA4 and Google Ads conversions
- ✓ Missed-call alerts and dashboards

Questions
- Can calls land on the right CRM record?
- Yes. Calls, texts and recordings are logged on the matching lead, with the source attached.
- Does CallTrackingMetrics connect to Salesforce natively?
- Yes. We set up the native integration, then extend it. Salesforce tasks and events cannot hold long text, so we log calls to a custom activity object that can, and the AI call summary and the full transcription land on the record.
- How is it priced?
- By project, not by the hour. The first call is free, and you get a project quote after it.
The real thing
CallTrackingMetrics dashboards
We work with TrussCharts (trusscharts.com), our sister company, to build dashboards on the data we connect. Client names and locations are replaced.
- 1Every call by hour and day
Darker cells mean more calls. Staff the hours that ring most.
- 2Missed calls by hour and day
The hours callers go unanswered. Plan coverage where the red is.
- 3The numbers behind each location
Total, answered, missed, and outbound columns. Miss % for every location. Click any column to sort. (client dashboard, names replaced)
- 4Every caller still waiting for a call back
One row per caller, not one per missed call. Ring time shows how long the call rang before it was missed. Open in CTM jumps straight to the call record. (client dashboard, names replaced)
