We build an admissions dashboard in Salesforce that puts CallTrackingMetrics calls next to your admissions pipeline: inbound and outbound calls, missed calls, calls waiting in the queue, each rep's activity, and the AI summary behind every call.

How the dashboard is fed
CallTrackingMetrics logs each call to Salesforce with source, rep, times and AI summary
Leads and opportunities move through your stages to admitted
Calls, queue, missed calls and admits side by side, for managers and each rep
Admissions managers need two things at once: what is happening on the phones, and what is happening in the pipeline. CallTrackingMetrics knows the first, Salesforce knows the second, and switching between them hides the link.
We set up the native CallTrackingMetrics integration and extend it, so every call is a record in Salesforce on a custom activity object, with the source, the rep, ring and talk time, the recording and the AI summary. Then the dashboard reads calls and admissions from the same place.
On top of the standard dashboard, we add Lightning Web Components where reports stop: a live widget of calls waiting in the queue, a recording player, and a banner when a patient is admitted.
What's included
Call counts by source, rep and day, from CallTrackingMetrics calls logged in Salesforce.
Missed calls flagged on the record and listed, so callbacks can be tracked.
A live widget showing calls waiting in the CallTrackingMetrics queue, on the admissions dashboard.
A dashboard for each rep with their calls, leads and admissions.
Leads and opportunities by stage, through to admitted, next to the calls that started them.
The AI summary and recording one click away from the dashboard.
Calls flagged by the keywords CallTrackingMetrics spots, for review and reporting.
Comparisons by month, with dashboards refreshed through the day.
The real thing
We work with TrussCharts (trusscharts.com), our sister company, to build dashboards on the data we connect. Client names and locations are replaced.
Calls in queue right now, across the top. Missed calls, admits, and arrivals today. Leads to opportunities to admits, and calls by hour. (client dashboard, names replaced)
Answered, missed, and outbound per agent. Calls that never reached an agent get their own row. Busiest agents at the top. (client dashboard, names replaced)
Missed calls and % missed per agent. Outbound calls next to inbound. Talk time for every agent. (client dashboard, names replaced)
Live counts of active and not-ready agents. A timeline of every state change per agent. Event counts show who has been busy. (illustrative data)
