Zendesk has announced that it will retire Zendesk Sell on August 31, 2027. Sell customers keep full access until then, and after that date Zendesk will no longer offer a sales CRM. We map your Sell data to Salesforce, move your leads, contacts, deals, notes and tasks, test it with your team, and train them on the new setup.

How a Zendesk Sell move runs
Every Sell field matched to a Salesforce field in a mapping sheet you sign off on
Sell exports cleaned, duplicates merged, then loaded into Salesforce and checked
Your team tests on real records, automations go live, and reps are trained
Zendesk has announced that it will retire Zendesk Sell on August 31, 2027. Sell customers keep full access until then, and after that date Zendesk will no longer offer a sales CRM.
Zendesk says leads, contacts, deals, notes, tasks and smart lists can be exported from Sell. It also says activity history, appointments, emails, call logs and documents cannot be exported, so we check what your account holds before anything is planned.
Sell leads become Salesforce leads. Sell contacts split into contacts and the accounts they belong to. Deals become opportunities, with your Sell pipeline stages mapped to opportunity stages. Notes and tasks land on the records they belong to, with their original dates and owners.
Salesforce can be changed in any way, with flows, custom objects, Lightning components and Apex, so fields Sell kept in odd places get a proper home instead of being squeezed into the nearest match.
What's included
A mapping sheet for leads, contacts, companies, deals, notes and tasks, with every Sell field matched to Salesforce.
Sell leads loaded as Salesforce leads, and contacts loaded with the accounts they belong to.
Deals moved to opportunities, with Sell stages, values, close dates and owners mapped.
Notes and tasks moved onto the right records. Activity Sell cannot export is planned for on the free call, so nothing comes as a surprise.
Files you hold outside Sell loaded into Salesforce Files on the right records, stored so they do not eat into data storage.
Created dates and owners kept, so past reports still add up. For a ballpark, see the cost estimator.
Duplicate records merged before the load, and duplicate rules set up so new ones are caught.
Counts checked against Sell, sample records compared side by side, and your team testing before the switch.
Users added with the access each role needs, reps and admins trained, and written steps for new hires.
