We install an HTML Email Builder tab in your Salesforce org. Anyone with access can upload or paste HTML, preview it on desktop and mobile, share it with their team, and send a test, all without admin access. Every template it saves is a standard Salesforce HTML template, so it shows up anywhere your team already picks an email template.

How the builder works
A searchable list of every template you can see, with the owner and last modified date
Upload or paste HTML, watch the preview update, and switch between desktop and mobile
Pick who sees it, add attachments, save, and send a test to yourself or your team
In standard Salesforce, HTML templates live in Setup, so marketing and admissions teams wait on an admin every time an email changes. The builder moves that work into one Lightning tab that any user with the permission set can open.
Nothing new to learn on the sending side. The builder saves regular Classic HTML (Custom) email templates, active and UTF-8, with a unique API name generated for you. They show up in the same template picker your team already uses.
Sharing follows Salesforce folders. "Only Me" saves to your private folder, each team option is a folder shared with that team's public group, and "Everyone" is shared with all users. People only see the folders their group membership allows.
Owners stay in control. Only the owner or an admin can change a template, and that rule is enforced on the server, not just by hiding buttons. Everyone else can view it or clone it to get their own copy.
What's included
Every template a user can see, searchable, with the name, subject, who it is shared with, the owner and the last modified date.
Drop in an .html file or paste HTML into a code-style editor, then add a template name and subject.
The preview updates as you type, with a Desktop and Mobile toggle for full width or a 375 px phone. Merge fields such as {!Contact.FirstName} show as typed.
One "Share with" choice: Only Me, one option per team, or Everyone, backed by email template folders and public groups.
Up to 10 files per template, 5 MB each and 15 MB in total. They stay with the template and go out on test sends.
Send to up to 25 addresses, from yourself or from an approved org-wide address like a shared admissions or support inbox. Works before the template is saved.
Anyone who can see a template can clone it. Only the owner or an admin can change the original.
HTML renders in a locked-down (sandboxed) frame, so scripts in a pasted template cannot run with the viewer's Salesforce login.
Every component is new, nothing in your existing setup is changed, so it installs and removes cleanly. Apex tests cover the controller at 95%.
The real thing
Screenshots from a live Salesforce build, previewing one of our own sample emails. Email addresses are replaced.
Template name, subject, who to share it with, an .html upload, and the HTML editor with a character count.
The whole email as it will look on a computer, with merge fields shown as typed.
One click switches the preview to a phone-width view.
Add attachments, save, and send a test from yourself or a shared org-wide address.

How it works
We look at your org, your teams and the inboxes your emails go out from.
Team folders, public groups, org-wide addresses and the permission set set up and tested away from live data.
A few people on your team try it in the sandbox before anyone else does.
Deployed to production, the permission set assigned, and your team shown how to pin the tab.
