How a request moves

  1. 1
    Ticket

Every request or error becomes a Jira ticket with what is wrong and what done looks like

  2. 2
    Sandbox

The change is built and tested away from live data

  3. 3
    QA and review

We test it, then your team checks it before it goes live

  4. 4
    Production

    Deployed, documented and closed

15 Salesforce orgs, run the same way

Each org has its own Jira project, its own sandbox process and its own documentation. The same checks run across all of them, so a fix found in one org is checked in the others.

What Salesforce managed services cover

A Salesforce org needs care after go-live. People join and leave, managers want new reports, an integration token expires, and a flow starts failing on records nobody expected. Without an admin, those requests pile up.

With managed services, they come to us. A Salesforce admin consultant handles the setup work, and developers on the same team write the Apex, Lightning Web Components and flows when a request needs code. You do not have to decide which kind of help you need first.

We also look after the parts nobody asks for until they break: backups, legacy API versions, error emails, email deliverability and the connections to your other systems.

We use AI agents (Claude) in our development work. Every change still goes through a sandbox and QA before it reaches your org.

Working with us

Salesforce managed services FAQ

What are Salesforce managed services?

Ongoing admin and development support for your Salesforce org from an outside team, instead of a full-time admin. We handle requests from your users, fix errors, keep the org up to date and look after backups and integrations.

What is the difference between a Salesforce administrator and a consultant?

An administrator runs the org day to day: users, fields, reports and requests. A consultant also looks at how your team works and designs changes around it. With managed services you get both, plus developers for the work that needs code.

Do you manage other Salesforce orgs today?

Yes. JTS manages 15 Salesforce orgs today.

Can you take over an org someone else built?

Yes. We start by reading the objects, automations, code and integrations, fix what is failing, and document how it works before we change it.

Do you back up our org?

Yes. We set up Spanning Backup for Salesforce, which backs up your data and metadata and can restore records, fields or a point in time.

What hours do you cover?

US hours and overnight, so fixes can happen outside your team's working day.

Do you sign a BAA?

Yes. We sign BAAs for healthcare work.

How is it priced?

A monthly retainer for ongoing support, or by project for a set scope, whichever fits your team. The first call is free, and you get a quote after it.
