Journeys Through Search

Looker Studio dashboardsDashboards that show what turned into a sale.

Your ad platforms know the clicks. Your CRM knows the sales. We build Looker Studio dashboards that put them side by side: GA4, Google Ads, Search Console and call tracking next to the leads and deals in your CRM, so you can see what each channel really brings in.

  • CRM, calls, ads, GA4 and Search Console in one view
  • Fed from Google Sheets or BigQuery
  • Shared with your team, and your team shown how to edit it

How the data gets to the dashboard

  1. 1
    Sources

Your CRM, call tracking, Google Ads, GA4 and Search Console

  2. 2
    Sheets or BigQuery

CRM and call data sent to Google Sheets or BigQuery, where it can be joined

  3. 3
    Looker Studio

Charts and tables built on that data, shared with the people who need them

The hard part is the data, not the charts

Looker Studio is Google's dashboard tool. It connects to GA4, Google Ads, Search Console, Google Sheets and BigQuery, so a traffic report is easy. What it cannot do on its own is tell you which of those visits became a qualified lead or a sale.

That answer lives in your CRM. So we send CRM and call data into Google Sheets or BigQuery first, with the source of each lead kept on the record, and build the dashboard on top. Then cost per lead, cost per qualified lead and sales by channel come from real results, not estimates.

Need a fully custom dashboard hosted for you, outside Looker Studio? Our sister company TrussCharts builds those.

Looker Studio dashboards FAQ

Can Looker Studio show our CRM data?

Yes, once the data is somewhere Looker Studio can read it. We send it from Salesforce, Zoho CRM or Pipedrive to Google Sheets or BigQuery, then build the dashboard on that.

Do we need BigQuery?

It depends on the build. Google Sheets can be enough. BigQuery keeps history and joins several systems, which helps when one dashboard reports across all of them.

Can it include phone calls?

Yes. Calls from CallTrackingMetrics or CallRail can be sent to GA4 as events and logged in the CRM, so they show up by source on the dashboard.

How current is the data?

It depends on the source. Looker Studio reads from each connection on its own schedule, and some sources, such as Search Console, arrive with a delay.

Can we share it with people outside our team?

Yes. Looker Studio dashboards can be shared with your team or your clients, with view or edit access.

What if Looker Studio is not enough?

For a fully custom dashboard hosted for you, our sister company TrussCharts builds them.

How is it priced?

By project, not by the hour. The first call is free, and you get a project quote after it.
