VerifyTX Salesforce integrationInsurance verification results on the record admissions already works from.

Admissions works the lead in Salesforce. Benefits are checked in VerifyTX. VerifyTX has its own Salesforce app, and we set it up for you, so VerifyTX opens from a button in Salesforce with single sign-on and the VOB results land on the lead: level of care, substance use or mental health, and network status.

  • VOB results on the Salesforce lead
  • Level of care and network status fields built in Salesforce
  • VerifyTX opened from Salesforce with single sign-on
  • Set up for $300 (the VerifyTX app is $1,500 one time, paid to VerifyTX)

Benefits checked in one place, admissions decided in another

Without an integration, someone runs the verification in VerifyTX, then copies the results into Salesforce by hand, or does not copy them at all. The admissions rep cannot see at a glance whether the policy is in or out of network, or which level of care it covers, and the VOB PDF has to be moved to the EMR by hand.

What it does

What the VerifyTX Salesforce integration handles

01

VOB results on the lead

VerifyTX results come into Salesforce and show on the lead, so the rep sees the verification without leaving the record.

02

Level of care fields

VerifyTX fields in Salesforce show inpatient or outpatient, and substance use or mental health, for each verification.

03

Network status

In network or out of network is stored in its own Salesforce field, ready for list views and reports.

04

VerifyTX section on the layouts

A VerifyTX section on the lead layout and the opportunity layout keeps the results in one place as the record moves forward.

05

Open VerifyTX from Salesforce

A button on the Salesforce record opens VerifyTX with single sign-on, so the team does not sign in twice.

06

VOB PDF sent on to the EMR

The VOB PDF is sent on to your EMR, so clinical and billing have the same verification admissions worked from.

Built for real life

VerifyTX Salesforce integration: the hard parts, already solved

Lead to opportunity

The VerifyTX section is on both the lead and the opportunity layout, so the results stay visible after conversion.

Inpatient and outpatient

Inpatient and outpatient results are kept in separate level of care values, so the rep knows which program the policy fits.

Substance use and mental health

Substance use and mental health results are stored apart, for centers that offer both.

Out of network policies

Network status has its own field, so out of network leads can be routed, reported and followed up on their own.

Fields agreed before the build

A data mapping document between Salesforce and VerifyTX is signed off by your team before anything is built.

Patient data kept secure

We sign a BAA, and the integration only gets the access it needs.
