PayPal + Salesforce integrationPayPal payments in Salesforce, next to the customer
Customers pay through PayPal, but your team works in Salesforce. We record one-time and recurring PayPal payments in Salesforce, so sales, finance and support see the same payment history without logging into PayPal.
- One-time and recurring PayPal payments recorded in Salesforce
- Transactions kept up to date for reconciliation
- Sales, recurring revenue and outstanding balances in Salesforce dashboards

Payments your CRM never sees
When PayPal payments stay in PayPal, someone copies them into Salesforce by hand or not at all. Reconciliation takes longer, and reports on revenue and subscriptions miss part of the picture.
What it does
What the PayPal + Salesforce integration handles
Automated PayPal syncs
One-time and recurring PayPal payments recorded in Salesforce, without manual entry.
Reconciliation
Transactions kept up to date in Salesforce, so they can be reconciled and reported on.
Subscriptions in Salesforce
Recurring PayPal billing tracked on the customer in Salesforce.
Customizable dashboards
Total sales, recurring revenue, outstanding balances and payment trends in Salesforce dashboards.

AimingThe real thing
Payments and refunds, visible in Salesforce
Screenshots from a live Salesforce payments build. Here, payments and refunds sync in from the client’s case management system; the same idea applies to any payment platform. Every customer name is replaced.
- 1Payment data on the record
Payment status, last payment, initial payment, gross sale, total paid, percent paid and balance, synced onto the opportunity, including refunds.
- 2Refunds at a glance
A stage indicator on every opportunity: won, lost to a full refund, or won with a partial refund.
- 3Full refund, flagged
When a payment is fully refunded, the stage moves to Closed Lost – Full Refund and the record says so in a banner.
- 4Partial refund, flagged
A partial refund keeps the deal won, marked Closed Won – Partial Refund, so revenue reports stay accurate.
The real thing
Payment plans and card details, built into Salesforce
From the same live build: a payment plan builder and an optional card authorization on the engagement letter, with checks that catch bad card details before anything is sent.
- 1Auto scheduler
Pick a start date, weekly or monthly, and the number of payments (up to 40). The balance is split evenly, with the last payment absorbing the rounding.
- 2An editable payment schedule
Every scheduled payment listed with its date and amount. Add or remove payments, and the total scheduled is checked against the fee so the balance lands at zero.
- 3Card authorization, handled carefully
Credit card or bank deposit. Card details are optional, saved only on the engagement letter with access restricted, the CVV is never stored, and card data is erased with one click or automatically once the document is sent for signature.
- 4Errors caught as you type
Invalid card numbers, expired dates and a CVV with the wrong number of digits are flagged before anything is saved or sent.
