Logics Salesforce integrationSales in one system, case management in the other, and no retyping in between.
Your reps sell in Salesforce. Your case team works in Logics. We connect Salesforce to Logics through its API, so a signed client goes to Logics from the Salesforce record, and case details, tax years and billing status come back to Salesforce. PDFs created in Salesforce can be added to the Logics case.
- Clients sent to Logics from a button on the Salesforce record
- Notes, spouse details and activities on the Logics case
- Case details, tax years and billing status back in Salesforce
- PDFs from Salesforce added to the Logics case

The handoff from sales to the case team
Without an integration, the rep enters the client in Salesforce and the case team types the same client into Logics. Notes and spouse details get left behind, and Salesforce does not find out which tax years are open, what the client owes the IRS or the state, or whether the case is billing. Reps call clients without the latest case picture.
What it does
What the Logics Salesforce integration handles
Send to Logics
A button on the record, and a trigger behind it, create the client as a Logics prospect from the Salesforce data the rep already has.
Notes with date and time
Salesforce notes go to the Logics case with their date and time, so the case team reads the sales history in order.
Spouse details
Spouse fields from Salesforce go to the Logics case, for joint filers.
Activities both ways
Activity updates go from Salesforce to Logics and from Logics back to Salesforce, so both teams see the latest contact.
Case details back in Salesforce
Tax years, form numbers, missing years and the IRS and state tax breakdown come back from Logics into Salesforce fields.
Billing and auto-pay
Billing status and auto-pay details from Logics billing are shown on the Salesforce record.
PDFs added to Logics
PDFs created or stored in Salesforce are added to the Logics case through its API.
Case status as stages
Refund and non-collectible or suspended statuses in Logics show in Salesforce as stages and a banner on the record.

Built for real life
Logics Salesforce integration: the hard parts, already solved
Settlement officer as owner
The settlement officer is kept as the owner of the Salesforce lead and opportunity, with an alert when the owner in Salesforce and Logics differ.
Refunds and suspended cases
Refund and non-collectible or suspended cases get their own stages and a banner, so reps see them before they call.
Joint filers
Spouse details travel with the client to the Logics case, so the case team does not chase them.
Missing tax years
Missing years come back from Logics into their own field, ready for list views and follow-up.
Activities in step
Activity updates run both ways, so the latest contact from a rep or the case team shows on both sides.

Logics Salesforce integration FAQ
Can Salesforce connect to Logics?
Yes. We connect Salesforce to Logics through its API: clients sent over from Salesforce, case details and status brought back, and PDFs added to the Logics case.
Is it two-way?
Yes. Clients, notes, spouse details and activities go to Logics. Case details, tax years, the IRS and state tax breakdown, billing status and activities come back to Salesforce. PDFs can go from Salesforce to Logics; Logics does not send PDFs back out.
Can documents move between Salesforce and Logics?
One way. PDFs from Salesforce can be added to the Logics case through its API. Logics does not export its PDFs, so documents do not come back from Logics.
What happens with refunds and suspended cases?
Refund and non-collectible or suspended statuses in Logics show as stages and a banner on the Salesforce record.
Is this a Logics product?
No. It is an integration we build for your Salesforce org on the Logics API.
Are you a Salesforce partner?
Yes. Journeys Through Search is a Salesforce partner.
How is it priced?
By project, not by the hour. The first call is free, and you get a project quote after it.
