Why a Kipu dashboard starts in the CRM

Kipu knows who admitted and discharged. The CRM knows where they came from. A Kipu dashboard is built on the CRM once the Kipu data is there, so admissions, marketing and BD see outcomes next to sources.

We sync Kipu with the CRM: admit and discharge dates, pre-assessments, insurance outcomes (approved, not approved or pending) and program history. Referral sources can sync both ways. With admit and discharge dates in the CRM, the opportunity stage follows them, so counts on the dashboard match Kipu.

In Salesforce, much of this can live inside Salesforce dashboards, and we build those. For Zoho CRM or another CRM, or for people without a Salesforce license, we build it with our sister company TrussCharts (trusscharts.com).

Kipu dashboard FAQ

Which Kipu data can it show?

Admit and discharge dates, pre-assessments, insurance outcomes (approved, not approved or pending) and program history, once that data is in the CRM.

Does Kipu connect to our CRM?

Yes. We build two-way syncs between Kipu and Salesforce or Zoho CRM, set up for each client.

We use Salesforce. Do we need a separate dashboard?

It depends. In Salesforce, much of this can live inside Salesforce dashboards, and we build those too. A TrussCharts dashboard suits Zoho CRM or other CRMs, and people who do not have a Salesforce license.

Do we need a data warehouse?

It depends on the case. Some dashboards read straight from the CRM and platform APIs, and others need the data landed in one place first. We tell you which after the free call.

Do you sign a BAA?

Yes. We sign BAAs for healthcare work.

How is it priced?

By project, not by the hour. The first call is free, and you get a project quote after it.
