Cisco Salesforce integrationCalls, agents and outcomes on the Salesforce record
Cisco has Salesforce integrations for Webex Contact Center and for Webex Calling through the Webex App. We set them up and extend them with the Webex and Salesforce APIs, so calls pop the right record, long notes and AI call summaries fit, and agent data reaches your reports.
- Webex Contact Center or Webex App integration set up, then extended
- Calls saved to a custom call activity object that holds long text
- Agent, queue and wrap-up data for call center reports

Call activity that stops at a short task
The Webex Contact Center connector logs calls as Salesforce Tasks, and Tasks cannot hold long text. Wrap-up notes get cut short, summaries do not fit, and call center reports have little to work with.
What it does
What the Cisco Salesforce integration handles
Native integration, extended
We set up the Webex Contact Center connector or the Webex App integration for Salesforce, then build what your process needs beyond it.
Calls to a call activity object
Each call is also saved to a custom activity object built for calls, so long notes, AI call summaries and transcripts fit.
Screen pop and click-to-dial
Inbound calls show the matching record, and agents call from the lead, contact or case.
Leads from new callers
A call from a new number can create a lead, with your lead source and owner rules applied.
Queue and wrap-up fields
Queue, agent, direction, duration and call result written to fields on the call record, so reports can group by them.
Cisco call center reports and dashboards
Calls per agent, outcomes and follow-up next to leads and cases, in Salesforce dashboards or a call center dashboard we build.

Built for real life
Cisco Salesforce integration: the hard parts, already solved
Edition and Lightning
The Webex Contact Center connector runs in Lightning on Enterprise, Unlimited and Developer editions. We check your org before setup.
Chat and email
The connector covers voice. Where chat or email need to reach Salesforce, we build that piece through the APIs.
Long text
Wrap-up notes, summaries and transcripts are too long for Tasks and Events, so they live on a custom activity object built for them.

How it works
How the Cisco Salesforce integration goes live
- 1
Book a free call
We look at how calls reach your team today, which queues and agents take them, and what your team needs to see on the record.
- 2
Mapping
Which records calls match or create, which fields carry over, and where calls, notes and recordings are logged, agreed first.
- 3
Set up and test
The native integration set up or the API build done, then tested with real calls before your team relies on it.
- 4
Go live
Running in the background, with support if your numbers, queues or process change.

Cisco Salesforce integration FAQ
Does Cisco Webex connect to Salesforce natively?
Yes. Webex Contact Center has a Salesforce connector, and the Webex App integration covers Webex Calling. We set them up and build the pieces they do not cover.
Where do the calls go in Salesforce?
To a custom call activity object, so long notes, AI call summaries and transcripts fit. Tasks and Events cannot hold long text.
Can we see a call center dashboard by Cisco agent?
Yes. Once calls are on Salesforce records with agent, queue and outcome, we build dashboards and reports by agent.
How is it priced?
By project, not by the hour. The first call is free, and you get a project quote after it.
