Journeys Through Search

CallRail dashboardCalls by source and outcome, next to your CRM.

We build CallRail dashboards that read CallRail calls through its API and put them next to your CRM data. Managers see which channels drive the phones, which calls were missed, who still needs a call back, and how calls turn into customers.

  • CallRail calls with their source, matched to the CRM
  • Missed calls and the callback queue
  • Heatmaps by hour and day
  • Built with our sister company TrussCharts

How the CallRail dashboard is fed

    CallRail

  2. 2
    Your CRM

Leads, callbacks and outcomes from Salesforce, Zoho CRM or the CRM you use

  3. 3

Source, missed calls, callbacks and agents, refreshed every five minutes

What a CallRail dashboard adds

CallRail knows where each call came from. The CRM knows what the caller became. A CallRail dashboard joins the two, so marketing and the call center read the same numbers.

CallRail has a native Salesforce integration, which we set up and extend, so calls land on a custom activity object with their source. For Zoho CRM, we connect CallRail as well.

The dashboard is built with our sister company TrussCharts (trusscharts.com), outside CallRail and the CRM. It refreshes every five minutes, missed-call alerts are near instant, and call data is stored for long-range trends.

The real thing

CallRail dashboards

We work with TrussCharts (trusscharts.com), our sister company, to build dashboards on the data we connect. Client names and locations are replaced.

  1. 1Every caller still waiting for a call back

One row per caller who has not been called back. Ring time and status on every row. Open in CallRail jumps to the call. (illustrative data)

  2. 2Where the missed calls pile up

Missed inbound calls only. Darker red means more missed calls. Totals for every day and every hour. (client dashboard, names replaced)

CallRail dashboard FAQ

Does it work with Salesforce and Zoho CRM?

Yes. CallRail has a native Salesforce integration, which we set up and extend, and we connect CallRail to Zoho CRM as well.

Can it show calls waiting in a live queue?

The live calls-in-queue widget and agent states are CallTrackingMetrics features. A CallRail dashboard covers calls, source, missed calls, callbacks and agents' call numbers.

Can it show long-range trends?

Yes. Call data is stored outside CallRail, so long-range trends work.

How live is the data?

The whole dashboard refreshes every five minutes, and there is a refresh button. Missed-call alerts and the CallTrackingMetrics live calls-in-queue widget are near instant.

Do you sign a BAA?

Yes. We sign BAAs for healthcare work.

How is it priced?

By project, not by the hour. The first call is free, and you get a project quote after it.
