When we begin the process of setting up your account, we start by creating custom pages & fields pertaining to your business.

In the Salesforce interface, prospective customers are categorized into leads and then opportunities & accounts.
- Lead Page - All leads (web forms, phone calls, live chats, referrals, etc) are created in Salesforce as a Lead.
- Opportunity Page - As the sales team qualifies a lead, they convert it to an Opportunity, which will then create a parent Account Page.
