How ad spend meets CRM outcomes

  1. 1
    Spend comes in

Google Ads and Meta spend pulled from their APIs, by account, campaign and day

  2. 2
    Leads carry the source

Hidden fields on every form, chat and call tie each lead to its click and campaign

  3. 3
    CRM confirms the outcome

Admits and customers counted from the CRM, not from ad platform guesses

  4. 4
    Cost per outcome

Cost per lead, per admit or per customer, by week and by ad account

Why an ad spend attribution dashboard needs the CRM

Ad platforms report clicks and form fills. They do not know who admitted or became a customer. The CRM does. An ad spend attribution dashboard brings the two together, so cost per admit is based on outcomes your team confirmed.

Every form, chat and call carries five hidden fields: first and last click landing page URL, first and last click referring domain, and the converting page URL. With those on the lead, each admit or customer ties back to its campaign. Google Ads is broken down by campaign, ad group, keyword and device, and Meta by campaign, ad set, ad and placement.

CRM-confirmed outcomes can also be sent back to the ad platforms as offline conversions, so bidding learns from admits instead of form fills. For healthcare, only the outcome is sent, not diagnosis or treatment.

Ad spend attribution dashboard FAQ

Which ad platforms does it cover?

Google Ads, by campaign, ad group, keyword and device, and Meta, by campaign, ad set, ad and placement.

Where do admits come from?

From the CRM. The dashboard counts admits and customers your team confirmed, not conversions the ad platform reports.

Can admits go back to Google Ads and Meta?

Yes. CRM-confirmed outcomes can be sent back as offline conversions. For healthcare, only the outcome is sent.

We use Salesforce. Do we need a separate dashboard?

It depends. In Salesforce, much of this can live inside Salesforce dashboards, and we build those too. A TrussCharts dashboard suits Zoho CRM or other CRMs, and people who do not have a Salesforce license.

Do we need a data warehouse?

It depends on the case. Some dashboards read straight from the CRM and platform APIs, and others need the data landed in one place first. We tell you which after the free call.

How is it priced?

By project, not by the hour. The first call is free, and you get a project quote after it.
