In Pipedrive, you have the option to store lead information into default fields, or you can create your own custom fields to collect specialized information for your business. We can set up your custom fields and then upon conversion to a Deal, map all that information from your Leads to Deals.

If you tell us the software you currently use for different aspects of your sales process, we will explore the various integration options, customizing your Pipedrive account to your business’ exact needs. Admin Support & Customizations
Once we complete your Pipedrive setup, our work isn’t done. We want to make sure you get the most out of your CRM, so we will walk you through your brand new Pipedrive account and train you and your team.
We will also assist you in adding administrators to your account, and customizing each employee’s access to your business’ Pipedrive interface.
And, our work still isn’t done once your training is complete. Journeys Through Search offers support for your Pipedrive profile on an as-needed basis. We genuinely care about your business’ success, and we want you to know that you’re never alone in handling your CRM — whether it’s five days or five months after our contract ends.
